The Upholstery Cabin is located in Ringwood, Hampshire, and is run by Vicky Grubb. Vicky is an upholsterer, author, and podcaster with nearly 20 years of experience in the craft.

The studio, situated in a vintage car garage, offers small classes to upholstery enthusiasts. It has recently been equipped with the most efficient technology and provides students with an excellent platform to learn upholstery techniques. Most students who attend have little to no experience and bring a special chair or a car boot find to learn some of the craft for their home.

When joining an upholstery class, you will find good conversation, decent coffee, and a relaxed learning environment. Classes run daily in the mornings, and there is also an evening class for those who work full time. Once a month, Vicky offers a one-day class for smaller projects, with lunch provided.

Vicky also accepts upholstery commissions, which run alongside the classes.
